Description: PA Iron-On Vinyl works on lycra, spandex, cotton, leather, polyester, and blends. Use a quick one-second tack application for layering. Apply with medium pressure; preheat fabric for 3 seconds, then apply transfer for 15 seconds, peel off while still warm. Pre-shrink any shirt with cotton content. CPSIA Certified, so it's safe on garments for any age. This vinyl has a matte, reflection free surface. 12 x 20 inch. Matte Green.
